Only 1.3g net carbs: 1 T fresh MINT leaves (6-8 leaves) • 1 T fresh LIME JUICE juice • 1 1/2 tsp granular SUGAR SUBSTITUTE (Truvia) • 1 oz RUM • 4 oz CLUB SODA or sparkling water • 4 ICE CUBES ~ In a large glass, crush mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar substitute (if using sucralose use 4 tsp and add 2g net carbs to the total). Add the rum and soda water. Mix to combine and pour over ice.
