. Food Vs. Fake Food . Real Food comes from Mother Nature its the blueprint for our health. Fake Food is Processed – refined – made by food scientists in lab coats manipulating our brains into craving these food like products which is a viscous cycle to break out from. These are not foods which provide nutrients for our cellular energy detoxification methylation cycle hormonal function phytonutrients for antioxidants or fuel for our Microbiome. Sure eating these foods on the right will do no immediate harm to our bodies. Everyone has a choice how they fuel their body Im not here to judge that. I find it astonishing some children & young adults do not recognise Wholefoods but yet recognise a pack of Snickers or Pringles. Yet have no idea how it reached them in the first place which loses the connection to food. Eating an excessive amount of both will cause weight gain over time. However eating real food you will likely regain your food connection taste buds satiety and energy balance. Your body does not understand what a calorie is. Yes you can measure it but Just like measuring your calories on a treadmill its highly variable & inaccurate. Nutrients provide the ingredients your body understands but western diets are predominantly calorie rich and nutrient poor.
